   I like this place, but not tonight. I requested a medium well done steak and it was rare and cold along with my side dishes. It was busy tonight, but I would rather have waited longer for my meal to be cooked properly than have to send it back and wait even longer for my meal as my wife is already started eating her dinner  . Hopefully, next time I will not have this unfortunate situation. I am a local and I do not like to complain when I am spending good money for a good meal. It should be cooked the way I requested whether I live here or not .

   Apps, Entrees, Dessert and cocktails all excellent. Server was attentive, knowledgeable with good attitude. Would like to see a few items changed out on menu; we have been to both current and old property many times and still find same menu for the most part.

   You will be asked if you wish to eat inside or out, so pay attention to the weather. Reservations are recommended. Delicious seared redfish with succotash and scallop .

   After giving Union Public House three chances, I can confidently say it has never delivered the “wow” factor I’ve been hoping for. The food is good - that’s the only reason we’ve kept coming back - but the service has consistently fallen short. The second time we visited, we were actually forgotten. Despite that, we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, our third visit wasn’t much better. Our server (a girl with purple hair) checked on us only three times during our hour-and-a-half-long visit. We didn’t order an appetizer, yet our entrées took 45 minutes to arrive. The server seemed to avoid us while we waited, making the experience even more frustrating. At this point, lackluster service seems to be the norm here, which is disappointing for a place that otherwise has solid food. If you’re looking for a smooth, enjoyable date night, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

   No seating “available” inside despite there being empty tables. Weather was okay…bit chilly but comfortable. Food was fantastic. Sous vide hanger steak was expertly prepared and delicious. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

   We sat outside and it was great. I am glad we weren’t inside because the noise level is very high inside. Our food was not as great as on previous visits. My chicken was very dry and the pork shank dish was way too salty. Our friend got the scallop specialty dish and enjoyed that a lot though and the shrimp salad was good.

   Amazing time at UPH! We went for a birthday dinner, all of us ordered something different and each of us said it was the best dish we had ever had. The team at UPH are awesome. They make for a super fun and engaging time. They have an amazing selection of cocktails and mocktails! We will definitely be back, I think it’s going to be hard to choose another place to eat for special occasions and date night. Shout out to Madeline for being so awesome, it was a great night!

    The hot chicken was raw in the center, dangerously raw. Waiter apologized; Chef did not come to the table to apologize for serving raw chicken.
