   The buffet tables were very messy around the serving trays (not clean on a regular basis). This was unappetizing. Otherwise good and service were good.

   The January 1st buffet was nicely presented, each section and each dish well identified. The food was fresh and tasty, not overly salted or spiced, a good balance. However I found the traffic from the main room to the food court a bit busy, I would suggest an entrance and a different exit, so not to block the lobby. Other than that, all was wonderful, nicely decorated.

   New Years Eve - Fixed Dinner Menu - Great selection of mains which included 5 course dinner. Excellent dessert selection. For the price of $135 pp, we had a great evening with friends. Will be reserving our table for 2026!

   We are avid fine diners so we know what to expect and are forgiving when server and kitchen is behind. Celebrated end of 2024 but not NYE. Seated at 7:30 after cocktails and dinner took 2.5 hours. There was no communication as to why we waited 45 min between courses. No apology. No comp of even coffee. When we complained about the wait we were told the manager would be over. He never came. It was close to closing time so maybe he was tired. They were not busy. We have 3 servers and neither seemed to be able to read the table. Steak dinner and seafood bisque was delicious. Pasta seafood dish was $53 and was a $15 value. Didn’t match the menu description. Total bill was $480. Not worth the value. Won’t go back. Sadly this place has gone down hill in quality

   From apps to dessert everything was top notch! We both had the prawn appetizer which was yummy and had a little heat in sauce, but not too much and was a huge portion. Mains for us were the pork chop and filet — nothing was left on plates. Desserts were crème brûlée and bread pudding which ended the night on a high note. Frankie, our waitress, gave excellent recommendations and was very attentive. Already want to make plans to return.

    A wide selection of food, wonderfully presented and delicious. Our reservation at 2:30pm was likely one of the last seatings for the buffet, but we never felt rushed or that the food wasn't fresh. Excellent service. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We couldn't be happier with our Christmas Day experience at Tiara. Thank you to all of the team members for their hard work.
