   This is my favorite place to have lunch in Naples. The food is very good and the ambiance is very nice. Roberto, our waiter, has taken care of us before and he always excels at service and friendliness. They were understaffed today but he never sacrificed his service for the three of us. A++ for him! Many need more like him. My only recommendation is for the two hostesses that are upfront. Can they make people feel welcome? My God, a simple smile goes a long way! Not even while sitting us the young lady said a word like “enjoy your meal.” Not even a reply when I thank her to show us our table. Wrong job for her. The rest, excellent! I’ll keep coming back. Let’s see if the hostesses learn to smile by then.

   Disappointed on the lunch menu changes.. no more Cuban sandwich. 2 mahi tacos instead of 3 and they no longer come with the plantains. still a very good restaurant.

   …. Decided on Tommy Bahama based on the reviews. We were on our way to the Naples beach to watch the sunset, so ended up just getting apps and dessert. This location is very close to the beach, food was delicious, service was excellent. Highly recommend and will be back!

   Had lunch, and it was a great meal. Salsa and guacamole with chips was very tasty, and chicken tortilla soup is outstanding. Fried chicken sandwich was huge and had great flavor, and blackened shrimp on the caesar salad was great. Very seasoned food. Mai Tai was on point. Really good food and great atmosphere. Would go back again.

   Our dining experience at the Tommy Bahama restaurant (Naples) is always a high point of our winter vacation. The food selections provide something for every diet and are as flavorful as they are colorful. The cocktails are equally creative. A bit too loud (our waiter was hoarse) for casual conversation until the restaurant started to clear out. We’ll be back again next year.

    Been going to Tommy’s since it opened every New Years Eve and this was the worst Waited 25 mins for a drink waitress was nice but overwhelmed Food was mediocre tasted like it was prepared days ago Chicken was the worst rubber chicken ever We were so disappointed , we miss the old staff the attitude and the professional way they presented Honestly looked like everyone from hostess on they didn’t want to be there
