   Tommy Bahama Restaurant is usually spot on with service and quality. Tonight was different. I can only assume that they were short staffed because our total time in the restaurant was more than 2 hours. We are usually there for maybe an hour to an hour and a half. Food order was inaccurate, took a long time for the server to return to our table. Other tables remained uncleaned after the diners left. We eat here at least once a month, so I’m chalking this one up to unusual circumstances. Fortunately, both the server and manager owned up to the mistakes and made up for it by comping a few items. We will return.

   This was our first time dining here and it was great. We enjoyed a drink at the bar first and the bartenders were friendly and fun to talk to. Our server Amy was great and the food was delicious. The crab cake appetizer was so delicious. Main dishes were snapper and gumbo and both were fantastic! The live music was such a nice addition and not overwhelming or too loud. Overall a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

   Food was great, my meal took a little longer than the rest of my family but they gave us a feee dessert and free drink so I was happy! I love Tommy’s would 100 percent go back!

    So disappointing! We dine here frequently when visiting and sadly the food has gone downhill! 4 meals all terrible. The server did not ask why none of us finished our food…like they knew it was bad and I should also note that my glass of wine was 10$ more than the same glass at a better restaurant on 5th Ave.
