   Trío is a must-visit in Puerto Vallarta! The chef is super creative, and the food is always delicious. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, with a nice sense of humor. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, yet sophisticated. I really liked the new addition to the atmosphere, which featured local artists. We had a great time, and Trío is always a lovely experience.

   Fantastic time at Trio. One of our favourite restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Food was fabulous. Service excellent. They had a large group come in that were a little noisy but that is not the norm.

   This is my go-to restaurant for consistency! I’ve been coming here for 30 years and never had a less than excellent meal! We even found a copycat restaurant on Bondi Beach in Sydney with the same logo, but not the same food quality.

   We brought our own wines here with our friends but the food was outstanding. In the last 3 weeks we have been eating weekly at Trio and it has become our favorite place in town for the total package. You come back because you want to try other dishes.

   Beautiful environment, excellent food, and friendly (and fully bilingual) service. My one disappointment was value on the wine list. This is often a problem in even very nice Mexican restaurants. Here, one of the priciest bottles of wine, from Spain, was about $100 on the menu. It retails for $20 or less in the U.S. That is a bit steep for a mark-up. But it was good, and it complemented the excellent meal well.

    Everything was awesome. Only thing was the lamb was not medium rare as requested but still delicious, eggplant was not hot enough. Service was fabulous and the ambience was wonderful as always. Thank you!
