We will showcase what the region has to offer by focusing on the amazing network of farmers and artisan producers in the area.     We went here to celebrate our anniversary and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The whole experience was wonderful thanks to our waiter, Adrian. I do not know why Valette doesn't have at least one Michelin star. My roasted duck was truly exceptional. We shared the Day Boat Scallops en Croute...just delicious.

    The lobster agnolotti was so pricey for the amount of lobster! The pasta was just ordinary. The duck dish which we beleived to be confit was really awful! Chewy! Rubbery skin. The wait staff was a little overzealous clearing dishes. She took the butter even before my husband had a chance to put some on his roll. Then when he had one last sip of wine left, she actually stood an waited for him to finish to take his glass away!

    I have been a concierge for over 20 years and every once in a wile you run into a special place... This is it. I felt very taken care of and the staff was warm and wonderful. thank you for the wonderful expericnce.
