   Outstanding for a date night. The seafood was perfectly cooked and all the little surprises and delights (chef's amuse bouche, sea salt cookies and amazing service) remind us why this is a Calgary staple. The bistro vibe with incredible food and service made our night.

   Last night was our first time at Vero and I have to say i was blown away by the quality and freshness of the food, the ambiounce and the service . This is a place where you will be coming back to for an exceptinal dining experience. I would highway reccomend Vero bistro to all my friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful evening.

   We drove 2.5 hours to dine at Vero bistro and would have driven ten hours if we had to. Everything was absolute perfection from the time we walked in until the time we left. The food and service are second to none and this quaint little restaurant dose not have many tables so the noise level is perfect. Rylee was our server and I can’t say enough about how good he is at his job. The food was incredible but Rylee made our night just that much better!! A tip of the Hat to Vero Bistro and all their staff for having in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Calgary if not the best. 💯👌👍 If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and book a reservation with Vero Bistro, you will not be disappointed!!

   What a delightful bistro that exudes the personality of the chef owner in ambience, attentive service and a delightful and innovative interpretation of Italian cuisine. Great flavors and generous portions across a solid mix of items offered on the menu. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend

   This restaurant remains an absolute favourite, consistently delivering exceptional service and outstanding food. During my recent visit, I had the seafood soup, while my dining partner enjoyed the salmon—both were exquisite. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s dedication to quality and flavour. The attentive service and warm ambiance only added to the experience. Whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion, this restaurant never disappoints. Highly recommended!

   Our dinner was absolutely excellent. My husband is a big "steak guy" and he said the steak which came as part of our platter was probably the best steak he's ever had in a restaurant. I'm not a big steak eater but I did eat some of the steak and echoed his sentiment. It was melt in your mouth fantastic!!!! Every part of our dinner was absolutely amazing!

   Our first time at Vero. Everything was 'top shelf'. My wife had the salmon and I had their special: Fisherman Stew; we both enjoyed our meals. Service, food, ambiance, etc. all great. For what we received, it definitely was fair value.

    Excellent service, quiet corner, great menu. Food was fresh, lovely presentations and savory ,wonderful flavors! Artichoke fritters were tasty but I would have preferred whole grilled artichoke! Burrata cheese fresh, tasty served with fresh ripe tomatoes and exceptional arugula. Seafood cioppino loaded with fresh shellfish, tuna and shrimp etc in a light flavourful tomato sauce.
