Vic’s is located in a beautiful old cotton warehouse overlooking the Savannah River and Historic River Street. With entrances on both Bay and River Streets, we are easy to access. Pets are welcomed on our outdoor patio, where guests can dine under centuries-old Live Oaks overlooking Historic Factors Walk.     Overall nice atmosphere but a bit noisy. If you are a twosome, you will be seated in close quarters to another twosome-bistro style. Our close twosome were delightful and made the evening. The beef short ribs were a C and the crusted flounder was B+. Service good. Prices fair. I’m a local and there are better places food wise.

    We tried the fries green tomatoes, crab cakes, she crab soup and the French onion soup. Everything tastesd amazing our server was Mary. She was great. She got my husband's since of humor. Going back for the fried chicken tonight.

    This was our third time eating at Vic’s and each time it’s better than the last. The braised beef was incredible.

    The service and ambiance were amazing!!! The food was mediocre at best. The scallops were rubbery and risotto was gummy. The short ribs were good but too much star anise for my taste.
