Weber’s Restaurant is an Ann Arbor tradition serving authentic Classic American cuisine from our kitchen and bakery since 1937. Famous for prime rib and live Maine lobster, Weber’s offers a crowd pleasing selection of broiled steaks, local seafood, and house made desserts. Weber’s ambient dining room features stunning A-frame architecture with large vintage stained glass windows. There was a pianist and bass player performing throughout our time dining. Otherwise soft holiday music. All tables occupied. Staff quietly and expertly serving all in a timely fashion.

We came here for my daughter’s graduation dinner from UM. It was a spectacular success thanks to the attentiveness of everyone at Webers. Never miss a chance to come to this iconic steakhouse.

Very well done brunch. Our table was ready on time, the serving, bussing, hosting staff were all spot on. Piano music and Santa were unexpected - icing on the cake!

Grabbed a reservation at the last minute when we arrived at another restaurant, that we had a reservation at, told us their service would be extremely slow due to understaffing issues. Webers service was a bit slow, too. They had run out of several menu items we preferred. However the food we ordered was very good. The ambiance was excellent, though the crowd noise was a bit high. We would come again, but go for an earlier time to increase chances to enjoy a full menu offering.
