   The challenge at Wence's is trying to narrow down what you will order. Drinks were perfect, the wait staff were personable yet efficient, the food was excellent. The tempura green beans came out piping hot, and the mixed seafood plate was so plentiful we didn't have room for dessert, which is really saying something. We got the booth in the back room by the exit which was ideal since it was quieter and the place was full and booming. There was also live music which was lovely. Parking is a real challenge but worth it.

   I would not describe the noise level as energetic. It was LOUD. My wife and I had a hard time hearing each other and we were next to each other. It also made it hard to hear the server. Anyway... We asked if they could make a dish low sodium and the server said yes. We ordered our meal and it came tasting anything else but low sodium. I ordered the Grilled Seafood plate but the frozen shrimp they use must be processed with a lot of salt. The manager came by and asked how was our meal and I told him that I would just eat half but he insisted on doing it again and I requested the caper/lemon sauce on the side. Much better. Our server, Hanna, could not have been better. It took a while for us to try to figure out what would be easiest to prepare in a low sodium way and she came back several times with a smile on her face. She was so patient and kind. It was really nice. They had a guitarist come in and play and I thought he did a great job alternating between Spanish Classical to Ed Sheeran. Nice overall experience but it's WAY too loud. I hope they look into the acoustics and see if they can dampen the noise some.

   Brought our of town friends here for brunch. Everything was excellent as usual! Server was great! He did a great job reading the vibe of our fun group. The food was so delicious!

   Second time here. It is a lively place with great service and good food. The appetizers and main courses were all very good. The only disappointment was on the desserts. It would behoove the restaurant to rethink how the pastry is sourced or created

    I enjoyed the Lobster Chowder and the Garlic Bread absolutely delicious. I also had a beet salad which was great. My friends ordered a pasta they said was okay but could have been better. The name of the restaurant is covered by the outside set up. It would be nice if they would hang the name in the front where it is more visible. I had to get out of the car and walk down to look at each door before I saw the name on the door. I would go back. I would also like to be able to order the Lobster Chowder and Garlic Bread for pick up. Betty T. Lee
