   We love Wildfire and will go back but they were definitely having an off night last night. My husband’s fries were not hot and the burger bun was hard. My son’s tenderloins were well done, although he asked for medium rare, and my grandson’s tenderloins were all cooked differently. We’ve always had great dining experiences at Wildfire but we were disappointed this time.

   Remains one of the top suburban restaurants. It's cozy and not noisy. The food is always good.

   They had a terribly “off” day today, kitchen was simply not firing on all cylinders. Our server in the bar (name?) was fantastic and the new manager from Glenview stepped up to make things right. Everyone misses on occasion, today it was this WF location. Will be back, we’ll give them a few weeks with the staff first however.

   Ambiance and holiday decor are very nice. Quality of food is not up to the price point they’re pushing. French onion soup should stay in the broiler longer, prime rib needs more seasoning, cornbread skillet and sides were delightful. Would rather got to Perry’s.

   The food was very good. We had a party of eight and I requested a round table. We did not get a round table, but we got a private room for the eight of us and we couldn't have had a better time. We didn't have to worry about being too noisy or lingering too long. The waitress was very friendly and took good care of us. When we mentioned the 3% service fee she had the manager take it off.

   Robert provided an impeccable experience for our lunch. We were there to celebrate our mothers 80th birthday. His enthusiasm and genuine nature allowed us to breathe a sigh of relief that we would be well taken care of for this special occasion. Robert was prompt, sincere, lighthearted, and attentive. I hope to be seated with him again in the future and will specifically request him. Robert left such a wonderful impression on us that we as customers don't often come across anymore, unfortunately. Our experience was so good that Wildfire will be top of mind and first choice for future dinners and celebrations. Because of Robert, not only the caliber of the meal, but the experience was 100% worth every penny. Thank you, Robert, for restoring our faith in impeccable service! It will certainly leave a very positive lasting impression on us for a long time! We look forward to our next visit!

   The staff was so pleasant, kind and accommodating. I have dietary restrictions and they did an amazing job being sensitive to that and making sure my meal was extra special and safe for me. We were so glad we picked this restaurant to celebrate our special event.
