   We had a reservation for New Years Eve for 8pm. We arrived 30 minutes early and was seated right away. I had the jumbo shrimp and my husband had the fried calamari for our appetizers. He ordered the Seabass and I had the surf and turf. As always our dinner was perfect! My husband kept complimenting his Seabass and couldn't get over how good it was. My steak and lobster was done perfectly. It is so worth the cost, and we made more memories together! Thank you William B'S!!

   Food wasn’t great. Lamb overcooked. Shrimp dejonghe was like little undercooked shrimp. Service was pretty good and so were the cocktails.

   This is a special place for celebrations. Really good food, nicely presented, without a hint of arrogance or condescension. The end cut of the Prime rib was the best my husband has had in a long time.

   We really enjoyed another evening at William Bs. Food was spot on. Drinks at the bar great, although the holiday "punch" less impressive than anticipated (Makers infused with peaches, no real flavor other than the bourbon...). Highlight was the outstanding service from Carrie - she knows her craft, paces the experience exceedingly well, and ensures an enjoyable experience.
