   Our server was fantastic and the environment was excellent. We did a starter of crab cakes, 2 cocktails, Brussel sprouts, fries, and 20oz Ribeye steak. We finished off with a creme brule and a triple chocolate cake slice. The crab cakes, cocktails, Brussel sprouts, and desserts were all great. Presentations were also very nice. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the ribeye and the fries. We got the optional gorgonzola addon and that was decent, but the ribeye itself felt like it lacked flavor. It was cooked appropriately (med rare) but just felt like almost any other cut would have likely been more flavorful. It was not bad, just disappointing. The fries were also on the disappointing side. A bit silly because they're just fries but they also really lacked taste. They were a nice texture and crispy and looked great, but seemed to utterly lack flavor. All in all a good dining experience and the staff was fantastic. I'd recommend passing on the Ribeye and opting for a better side than the fries.

   The seafood tower was great. Lobster, shrimp, crab legs, and oysters. Particularly liked our waitress, she was super friendly and efficient. I have forgotten her name but kudos to Willows for hiring her!

   We went to Chumash Resort Casino so see and show and had dinner at the Willows prior. Everything was wonderful. We had the pre-show pre-fix menu and it was delicious. My filet was cooked beautifully. Our server Mary Lynn was incredibly personable, professional and attentive. Overall a great expereince.

   The casino smoke coming into the restaurant was overwhelming and unpleasant. Food was overpriced and not good.

   Not worth it. Don't go. Overpriced food. Impossible to escape casino smoke. Abhorrently dirty restrooms - truly disgusting. This venue was a total waste of an evening. Although we had reservations and were seated without isssue other than a 30 minute delay, we watched hosts turn away several parties without reservations saying they had no available tables (even though we saw at least 9 empty tables in the dining room and at least 4 servers - each of whom appeared to have time for more customers).

   We celebrated our anniversary at Willows and had a wonderful experience, from the time that we were greeted by the host to the time we left the restaurant. We were offered seating in the patio, which was the perfect temperature even though it was a chilly night, thanks to the heaters they utilize. The fire pits they have contributed to the romantic atmosphere of the night. Our server Jane went above and beyond with the service she provided us all night, she suggested foods and drinks based on our preferences and checked in on us several times to assure we were doing well. Overall our night was made extra special with the service we were provided that night! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for amazing food and service!

    Waitress had attitude which dampened the evening. At first I thought maybe I was wrong, however 3 others in our party of 6 mentioned it afterwards We had to ask for side plates for everything from our appetizer to our dessert. (Maybe the dishwasher was sick) We had 3 items we asked to be packaged to go. She only packed the 2 sides and not the salmon. I have dined here on multiple occasions and this was my least favorite time due to our service
