   The Willows is our favorite steak house! There are many delicious main entrees to choose from but I always get the filet mignon. Every time it is perfect - melt in your mouth delicious. My favorite sides are the asparagus and mac n cheese, which has a very tasty cheese. The dining room is cozy and the staff are so nice and courteous. Not to forget the wine list and specialty drinks! You c you can there are delicious desserts too! The Willows is always a must do for us.

   Food was amazing! My husband had the surf and turf and I had the 3 course meal deal and chose the Filet Mignon. The Calamari appetizer was so yummy and it’s a large amount. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We’ve been here before and will definitely go again! Prices are a bit high but well worth it!!

   As always a great way to finish a trip to Chumash. Staff is great and good is excellent.

   Server forgot about us we were waiting for 20 minutes meanwhile shes greeted the table behind us even though we were sat 5 minutes before them. She kept walking past without saying anything or acknowledging us. Also the section was not busy it had 3 other tables who were already finishing their meal and It was the same server for the entire section. finally I asked the first person I saw if they could grab our server because at this point we are starving and nobody was coming except a host who brought us water. The person I asked went to go get our server but then came back after 2 minutes and said looks like I’ll be your server. So don’t know exactly what happened but it felt weirdly personal. The girl who ended up being our server was nice but it was still a super odd experience. Ambiance was dead the food was great but just felt a weird vibe

   We had a tasteful prix fix dining experience in the private room with a glass partition displaying wine bottles. We opted for the prix fix menu because of the ease before attending the KC and The Sunshine Band concert. My halibut was so fresh, and delicious. The other entrees ordered were filet mignon, and jidori chicken. The salad was enjoyed by six of us, and the other two guests raved about the tortilla soup. Excellent cocktails, desserts, and wonderful service!

    We showed up at 5:45, had a concert at 8PM onsite. At 7:20 PM I finally had to Karen and find the manager to complain. At 7:30 they wheeled out cold food. I told the manager the steaks were cold, he assured they were hot off the grill. I told him touch my steak, he did and realized all our food was cold. He took them back to re-fire but now my 85-dollar medium rare steak was well done. We also had 20 minutes to eat our $800.00 meal for 4. They offered discounts on cold steaks but charged full price, $95 for cold lobster.
